The health and safety of our employees and customers is always our highest priority.

Varsity Lincoln is closely monitoring our community's COVID-19 situation, including the latest directives and guidance from national, regional, and local authorities. Inside the dealership we take several precautions including increased sanitization of community spaces, door handles, desks, and posting proper handwashing procedures as well as requiring mask/face coverings to be worn in public spaces. We monitor the temperature of our staff daily and have advised all employees to stay home if they begin to present symptoms consistent with COVID-19.

We are executing methods to serve our customers while limiting direct contact in our service, parts, collision, and sales departments. Below is an outline of additional precautions we are taking.

  • Sales team that will work on your terms, whether it be in person or remotely, and by phone, text, or email.
  • Remote delivery available, just ask your salesperson!
  • Mask/face coverings are required in dealership except for individuals who: Are fully vaccinated persons; Are younger than 2 years old; Cannot medically tolerate a face mask; Are eating or drinking while seated in a designated area; Are communicating with someone who is deaf, deafblind, or hard of hearing and whose ability to see the mouth is essential to communication. . Temperature and sanitization stations available throughout the dealership.
  • Most of our paperwork is now eSigned, eliminating physical paper that is touched by multiple people.
  • Online purchase and lease quotes as well as virtual trade appraisals available.
  • Contactless lease termination process available.

  • Please contact us at 800-837-5682 or use our online scheduler to schedule a service appointment.
  • Mask/face coverings are required at our facility except for individuals who: Are fully vaccinated persons; Are younger than 2 years old; Cannot medically tolerate a face mask; Are eating or drinking while seated in a designated area; Are communicating with someone who is deaf, deafblind, or hard of hearing and whose ability to see the mouth is essential to communication..
  • Upon arrival, please pull your vehicle inside our service lane for contactless write-up. Each of our Service Advisors has a plexiglass barrier on their desk for safety.
  • When leaving your vehicle for service we ask that you remove all mask/face coverings from inside the vehicle for the safety of our staff.
  • If you are having your tires/wheels serviced, please remove the tire lock key from the glove box.
  • Sanitizing spray will be applied to all contact areas on your vehicle, like door handles and steering wheels.
  • A limited number of guests may wait in our lounge area. Please maintain a minimum six-foot distance from all non-household members.
  • Payment may be made via phone.
  • All points on your vehicle we contacted will again be sprayed with a sanitizing solution before we return your vehicle to you.
